Being an intern at CSTS
Interns will be assigned to project teams working on real Citi global projects. You will be responsible for everything from the smallest detail to integrating high-end projects. Technology is and will be a key driver in the future growth of financial services. That’s why we need passionate individuals with strong software development skil to build our future together.
Training & Development
You’ll get a jump-start with our intensive on-the-job training and classroom training runing by some of the best minds in the company on a broad range of banking and technology related topics. You’ll also receive real-world experience, and senior manager exposure. After your internship, some of the outstanding ones will be sent to our global assignments in Wall Street in the US and London in UK. -- in short, a strong foundation that will help your career grow.

What is Citigroup Software Technology and Services (China) Limited ("CSTS")?
CSTS was established in 2002 to provide software development and technology support for Citi businesses worldwide. From 2011, CSTS also oversees the China Data Center for Citi. CSTS absorbed two legal vehicles in china and expended its businesses to financial back-office data processing as well as financial consulting and training services in the following year. CSTS’s businesses cover over 40 countries across Asia Pacific, Japan, EMEA and USA. ICG & GFTS China Development Center
With strong technical management, design and development team to ensure successful delivery and high customer satisfactory rate, ICG & GFTS China Development Center has been working on ICG and GFTS projects for over 7 years. More than 600 developers work on various ICG and GFTS applications to do development and production support for business across Credit, Cross Product, FX,LM and CitiVelocity, Equity, Prime Finance, ISG, and GFTS, etc.

Requirements:
|
·Currently enrolled in a degree program (B.S. or M.S.)at one of the top ranked universities in China or around the world and will be graduating in 2013;
·Good academic standing
·Good knowledge of computer sicnce fundimentals is required
·Eager to have a long-term career in financial IT industry

Q3: Is this a paid Internship? Yes. All CSTS interns are paid a competitive allowance.
Q4: How many days do I need to work each week during my internship? 5 days a week
Q5: I am coming from outside of Shanghai. How will I find housing?
Company arranged accommodation will be provided to interns who live outside shanghai or 30 km+ away from the Shanghai office.
Q6: Will I receive a job offer after I graduate?
We will sign tri-party agreement with you right away after you passed the interview.
