报告摘要: Writing papers and giving talks are key skills for any researcher, but they aren’t easy. In this presentation, which follows that of Prof Simon Peyton-Jones from Microsoft Research, Cambridge, UK, I’ll describe simple guidelines that I follow for giving talks, which I think may be useful to you too. 主讲简介：

Alejandro F. Frangi博士, IEEE Fellow, EAMBES Fellow,英国利兹大学计算机学院和医学院教授，Diamond Jubilee Chair in Computational Medicine, Royal Academy of Engineering Chair in Emerging Technologies,利兹大学生物医学图像计算和仿真技术中心主任。MICCAI2018大会主席，MICCAI Board委员；国际主流学术期刊IEEE TMI副主编，Medical Image Analysis副主编，SIAM Journal of Imaging Science副主编等。发表学术论文200多篇，引用数量超过19200次，单篇最高引用次数3700余次，入选Thomson高被引学者。曾在英国帝国理工学院、飞利浦集团、谢菲尔德大学从科学研究工作。作为主要负责人，主持科研项目20余项，累计科研经费超过1600万英(1.5亿人民币)。研究兴趣包括医学影像分析，机器学习以及模式识别。多项研究成果已经在临床应用上转化。
